As displayed in table 4.9, in item 7, 20% of the teachers strongly agreed and 60% of them agreed that the paradigm used to introduce grammatical rules is clear and simple. In addition, 20% of the teachers disagreed with the item (M = 3.00, SD=.65; SUM. of S. Agr. & Agr. =80%). Moreover, there is a significant difference between the number of teachers who agreed and the ones who strongly agreed and disagreed with this item, c2 (2, N = 20) = 6.40, p .05.
The eighth item considers whether grammar items suit students’ language needs. The results show that 10% of the teachers strongly agreed and 75% of them agreed that grammar items suit students’ language needs. Moreover, 15% of the teachers disagreed with this item (M = 2.95, SD=.51; SUM. of S. Agr. & Agr. =85%). In addition, 37.5% of the teachers disagreed with the item (M = 2.69, SD=.60; SUM. of S. Agr. & Agr. = 62.5%). Moreover, there is a significant difference between the number of teachers who agreed and the ones who strongly agreed and disagreed with this item, c2 (2, N = 16) = 6.12, p .05.
