Abstract

Relation between Organizational Intelligence and Work Ethics considering the Mediator Organizational Citizenship Behavior within Shiraz University Administrative Personnel

today’s world, the world of organizations that humans are its custodians. Necessary to achieve this, the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations by giving ‬ ‬ characteristics of organizational behavior variables such as work ethic and intelligence organizational and individual employees. The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between ethics and organizational intelligence ‬ mediator with regard to the OCB.
The study sample included all administrative employees of Shiraz University (540 people) to be. Samples based on random sampling and measurements were performed using Cochran formula. A questionnaire was used to measure the variables of which 30 questions of ethics works, 25 questions of organizational intelligence and 10 questions of organizational citizenship behavior. The study gathered data from statistical software program provided by LISREL to determine the relationship between variables were analyzed.
The results of the study indicate that the variable OCB has a significant relationship with variables work ethic and organizational intelligence. This means that the increase in employees’ organizational citizenship behavior and work ethic organizational intelligence will increase. With regard OCB as a mediator variable between variables indirectly related to organizational intelligence work ethic these variables can also be verified. However, based on the outcome variables of organizational intelligence and work ethic relation not confirm the relationship between them is not significant. Thus, the direct relationship between them is inconceivable.
